Yes — all courses are delivered in English. Some of our instructors also speak Arabic, German, and Turkish. Course materials and certificates are provided in English. We also offer dedicated courses in Arabic for Arab-speaking participants upon request.
Package prices typically include: the course fee, course materials, a CME/CPD certificate, daily VIP transfers between hotel and clinic, and a welcome dinner. Hotel accommodation, tours, and airport transfers are either included in bundled packages or can be added individually during the booking process. You will always see a full breakdown before payment.
Absolutely — and this is actually very common! Partners and family members can join the tour experiences, enjoy the hotel amenities, and explore Antalya independently while you attend the course. We can arrange a tailored leisure program for accompanying guests at additional cost.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations 15–30 days before receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days before are non-refundable, but we can transfer your booking to a future course date free of charge. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
All packages include VIP airport transfers. A professional English-speaking driver will meet you at the arrivals hall with a name board. For group arrivals, we use comfortable air-conditioned minibuses. Just send us your flight details after booking and we handle the rest.
